2018 ALCUIN CLUB FESTIVAL AND AGM THURSDAY 24th MAY 2018

‘LITURGY AND ECUMENISM’

The 2018 Alcuin Club Festival and AGM will be held in the afternoon/evening of Thursday 24^th May 2018 at St James’s Church, Sussex Gardens, Paddington London W2 3UD.

The Lecturer will be Father Thomas Pott, Monk of the dual rite Benedictine Abbey of Chevetogne Belgium (founded by Dom Lambert Beauduin) and Professor at the Pontifical Liturgical Institute Sant’ Anselmo Rome, on the topic ‘Liturgy and Ecumenism’.

The Title of the Lecture is ‘Sacrament of Exclusion or Mystery of Communion? The Urgent Need for an Awakening of the Liturgical Movement.’

Timetable for the day:

4.30p.m.Tea will be available, followed by the AGM.

5.30p.m.Celebration of Evening Prayer.

6.15p.m. Lecture by Fr Thomas Pott.
