Applications are invited for a 4-year funded Collaborative Doctoral Award (CDA), co-supervised between the University of Nottingham and the Bodleian Libraries in Oxford.

The project is interdisciplinary, and applications are welcomed from musicologists and historians as well as individuals with appropriate historical interests and prior experience in digital humanities, library science, or museum studies.

The award pays for UK fees and an annual stipend over 4 years, with an allowance available for the costs of travel between the two institutions. International students may apply for a full fee top-up, offered by the University of Nottingham.

Applicants must apply BOTH for the award, administered by the Midlands4Cities Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP), AND to the University of Nottingham.

The deadline for the receipt of applications (including two references) is noon on Monday 13th January 2025.
